About the event

Join us for an interactive discussion on November 13, 5:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m. at Allied Construction Industries (3 Kovach Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45215), with Deirdre Bird, Director of HR Consulting with VonLehman, about employee retention and engagement strategies you can implement immediately.

Attracting and retaining talent continues to move up the priority list of construction leaders across the Greater Cincinnati community. The need for growth and profitability often outpaces talent availability. By understanding the benefits that matter to your workforce, and key opportunities to attract a new generation of talent, it's possible to avoid costly turnover. Join us for a conversation with Deirdre on best practices to engage and retain your workforce.
