Women's contributions to the construction industry are recognized and sought after.  Women's leadership results in industry growth and success.  Women receive compensation equal to all within the industry.  NAWIC is identified as THE resource for female leadership, with members recognized for their expertise and commitment.

What a wonderful opportunity to serve as the Cincinnati Chapter President this year! I have been a member of the Cincinnati Chapter since college when during the National Conference members of NAWIC from multiple regions supported our group of young and eager students by sponsoring our membership! I found that the women in this community truly lift as they climb and support one another. Throughout the years, I have realized the biggest benefit of NAWIC to me is the networking opportunities, along with the leadership skills that you can develop in a safe and supportive environment. Are you deciding whether NAWIC is the right fit for you?
