President's Message
from Kristy Cannady

I am excited and honored to serve as the President of the Cincinnati Chapter this year. I joined in 2014 because I was struggling to find my place in the construction industry. I was immediately impressed with the tight bonds formed in this organization, the opportunities for career growth, mentoring and the community involvement of our chapter. When I joined, my goal was to gain more confidence and build my network with people in the Cincinnati and North Kentucky area. I soon realized that these women were much more than simply a group of business associates, but rather a true sisterhood that continuously lift each other up in our roles both at work and in our personal lives. I am grateful to be a part of this group of amazing women and excited to enhance the presence of women in construction!
